The Panorama Route and Blyde River Canyon

Waterfalls, viewpoints and one of the largest green canyons in the world.

The Panorama Route is a short drive with long stops: waterfalls, rock pools and a canyon that stays green all year.

Getting there

Fly to Nelspruit or drive from Johannesburg in about four hours.

Where to stay

Graskop, a small town in the middle of the route.

What I would do differently

I would see the Three Rondavels viewpoint in the morning, before the haze.
